The name of our company ALAVIE, "À la vie" was inspired by the goal of celebrating life to its fullest potential.
We aim to provide physiotherapy services in the comfort of your own home for those who prefer to receive treatment in their own space and for those who have difficulty leaving their home due to reduced mobility.

Meet Jessica, Owner and Founder of Physio ALAVIE. She is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist with extensive experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, professionals, and seniors. With a focus on home care and geriatric physiotherapy, she is well-equipped to provide specialized care tailored to the unique needs of her clients.

Jessica obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Therapy from McGill University and has trained in various healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics and home care services. Using evidence-based practices, manual therapy techniques, and customized exercise rehabilitation programs, Jessica helps her patients manage pain, improve mobility and flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Kristen Lillie
Physiotherapist

Kristen graduated from McGill University in 2014 with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2012. She has worked extensively with adults of all ages, treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, neurological and cardiac conditions, as well as supporting post-surgical rehabilitation.
With a strong foundation in personal training and exercise prescription, Kristen is passionate about helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals. She takes a personalized approach to care, treating every patient with compassion and patience. Kristen is known for creating a supportive environment where people feel heard, respected, and empowered in their recovery.
She is an active member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec and remains committed to ongoing professional development. Her additional training includes vestibular rehabilitation, the McKenzie method, fall prevention, osteoarthritis management, and exercise programming for older adults. Kristen is dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized care that promotes lasting improvements in function and quality of life.

Gabriel is a passionate and dedicated kinesiologist who helps people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier. A graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, he brings experience from long-term care, rehabilitation, and private training settings. His personalized and client-centered approach makes every session engaging, effective, and tailored to your goals.
